RETURNS POLICY — Top Food Trailers Ltd

1. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will:
a) Repair the product under warranty; or
b) Replace the product; or
c) Offer a full refund.

Note: Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind:
• You may return your trailer or product within 7 days of purchase/delivery, provided it is in as-new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a return reference. The item must then be returned within 7 days.
• All returned items are subject to inspection before any refund is processed.
• Return freight or courier costs are at your expense. We can provide a return quote upon request.
• We reserve the right to decline returns if the product has been used, modified, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

3. Custom and Special Orders

Products that are:
• Custom-made to your specifications, or
• Specially ordered for you,
are not eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be faulty or defective.

4. Return Options

If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:

1. Exchange
   Exchange for another product of the same value (e.g. different size, layout, or model). All items must be in resalable condition.

2. Refund
   Full refund via bank transfer for eligible returns within 7 days.

3. Repair
   For products under warranty, we can coordinate a repair. If out of warranty, we can arrange repair at your cost unless the fault is manufacturing-related.
