Before stepping into your food cart, make sure the jockey wheel is securely down and all four leg stands are properly locked in place. Don’t forget to use the handbrake or wheel stoppers when parked.
Before towing your food trailer, double-check:
The coupler is securely locked to the tow ball.
Safety chains are crossed and attached to your towing vehicle.
All stands are retracted.
Tyres are inflated (recommended 45psi).
All lights—brake, indicator, and side lights—are working.
